Contact and Booking

Please make sure you select the total number of participants in your group. By selecting the number of participants the booking form will offer you the sessions that can accomodate that number of people. This is very important as we have a limited number of participants for each session and we may not be able to accommodate extra people if a mistake is made during your booking process.

Entry is £6.50 per person, per hour, and we encourage you to book online to avoid disappointment.

Please note that we cannot accomodate children under the age of 8 years to visit the cafe. We ask that children be closely supervised whilst in the cafe and there must be no more than 2 children per every 1 adult Please visit our FAQ for more info.

We have a maximum limit of 6 people per booking. If there are more than 6 people in your party please email us to enquire about private hire. 

Full payment for each member of the party will be taken at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel your booking we will require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to issue a refund.

Please arrive in time for the start of your booked slot so that we have time to let you in and get you seated comfortably. If you arrive late we are unlikely to be able to extend the length of your stay.

If you have a Gift Voucher please email to arrange your booking 48 hours in advance of your preferred date.

You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email, but please do check junk mail folder as the email often ends up in there.
