Our foster cats have a settling in period after arriving at the cafe. When we feel the time is right for each individual cat we open up their adoption applications. This gives us time to get to know them and fully assess their needs. If you have met a cat you’d like to adopt, please check back here for updates on their status.
Once we have confirmed that a cat is accepting applications you can contact us via email to express your interest and we will send you the application form.
All applicants will be subject to a virtual home check and other lifestyle related questions, to ensure a suitable match.
Kitten adoption fee: £200, Adult cat adoption fee: £150, Senior Cat (10+) adoption fee: £100.
All cats will go to their new home vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated, microchipped and castrated/spayed.
Peanut was undersized from birth and was an unwanted single litter kitten. He came to us very weak and subdued due to a bad flea infestation. Once we finally got rid of the flea’s we felt he needed a litter mate to learn from and grow with as he lacked confidence. Enter Ziggy! These boys bonded with each other instantly. Ziggy’s bold personality helped to raise Peanut’s confidence and they remain firmly bonded to this day. Peanut is a gentle, loving boy with the silkiest coat. He can be slightly reserved with strangers but if he feels safe with you he has a lot of love to give and loves to play. Take it as a huge honour if you get a cuddle with Peanut as he usually reserves this for his Mum Shelley.
Peanut was born in October 23.
He is a Finnegan’s resident so isn’t available to adopt.
Sisters Olive & Autumn needed a permanent home after their previous owner was unable to take care of them. Sadly, they were full of fleas, so during their isolation period at home with Shelley they were given much needed attention to get fit, healthy and vaccinated, before being introduced to their new feline family at the cafe.
Olive absolutely loves cuddles and is a very people-centred kitten, if you go too long without giving her cuddles and attention she will follow you around and cry until you pay her the attention she deserves!
Olive was born in January 24.
She is a Finnegan’s resident so isn’t available to adopt.

Autumn was a very nervous kitten to begin with but is now full of confidence. She still isn’t as affectionate as her sister but she loves a stroke and is very playful. She can often be found sleeping in her favourite swinging cat bed or snuggled up with one of the other residents.

Ziggy was a very confident boy from the moment he came to us as a tiny kitten. Our Peanut needed a litter mate and Ziggy was the perfect match. These boys bonded with each other instantly. Despite being younger, Ziggy’s bold personality helped to raise Peanut’s confidence and they remain firmly bonded to this day. Ziggy has a purr which can be heard from anywhere in the cafe. He makes friends with everyone he meets (human & feline) and is the most lovable, quirky character. Beware of your toes as Ziggy may mistake them for a toy!

Biscuit came to us via Mel’s Rescue after being rescued from a hoarder house in London. He was incredibly nervous and shy for the first 24 hours at the cafe but everyday since he has grown in confidence. Biscuit has formed strong bonds with some of our other residents which has been so lovely to watch unfold. Sadly, he recently had to have all of his teeth removed due to an ongoing battle with painful gums and ulcers. In light of his ongoing medical needs, and how settled and happy he is with us, we made the decision to adopt Biscuit as a Finnegan’s resident so that he can maintain the bonds he has formed with us and our residents, and continue to receive the care from those who know him.
Biscuit was born in September 23.
Sinbad came to us with his brothers Bootsy and Pip. Their previous owner wasn’t able to keep these boys as they were becoming highly stressed in the family home by the young children and spending a lot of their time hiding up out of the way.
Sinbad is our floofy boy who loves a lap to cuddle up on. He is such a kind and gentle boy with the softest fur around. Keep a close watch of your food when Sinbad is about though, as he is a very cheeky cake thief!

Bootsy came to us with his brothers Sinbad and Pip. Their previous owner wasn’t able to keep these boys as they were becoming highly stressed in the family home by the young children and poor Bootsy had started to urinate on the bed.
Bootsy is the confident cheeky one out of our three siblings – the lovable rogue! He can often be found instigating play fights with his brothers (whether they like it or not), and getting up to all kinds of mischief around the cafe and in the catio. With fur like velvet he’s impossible to resist and is an absolute cuddle bug.
Bootsy is a Finnegan’s resident so isn’t available to adopt.

Pip is a real lap cat and this slinky panther is a gentle and patient soul, like his brother Sinbad, and is always so good with the new arrivals. Pip will be the first to try and stick his face in your milk jug so be on guard!
